Step 1: Send Us an Email

We’ll set up a quick Zoom meeting to learn about your goals and answer any questions.

Once we decide to move forward, we’ll send over a simple contract to get everything set up.
Step 4: Add Us as a Co-Host on Airbnb
You’ll add us as a co-host so we can help manage and optimize your listing.
Step 5: Property Assessment
We’ll review your property and provide recommendations using our personally curated Airbnb Bible—a guide we’ve developed to maximize bookings and guest experience.
Step 6: Professional Photos & Staging (If Needed)
If necessary, we’ll help arrange staging and professional photography to make your property stand out.
